“Process modeling”

Process modeling is the practice of creating visual representations or diagrams that depict the flow of activities, tasks, and information within a system, organization, or process. It's used to understand, analyze, communicate, and improve the structure and dynamics of processes. Process models provide a clear visual understanding of how different components interact and contribute to achieving specific goals.

There are several types of process models, such as Flowcharts -using various shapes, symbols, and arrows to represent the sequence of tasks, decisions, and interactions within a process-; Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) -a standardized graphical notation used to create process models that capture the end-to-end flow of activities in a business process - including symbols for tasks, events, gateways, and more, providing a detailed representation of processes-; UML (Unified Modeling Language) Activity Diagrams - activity diagrams used to model workflows and processes within software systems, showing activities, decisions, and the flow of control between them -; Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) -illustrating how data moves through a system With inputs, outputs, data stores, and processes and Process Maps -simple diagrams that provide an overview of a process, using symbols to represent tasks, decisions, and other elements.

As Nacsoft we offer end to end Process Modelling on our Digital Platforms such as CSP (Content Service Platform) Synergy and Ensemble.

“Maintenance & Asset Management”

The maintenance & asset management process in a business refers to the set of activities and procedures designed to ensure the proper functioning, reliability, and longevity of equipment, machinery, systems, facilities, and other assets having the key components and steps such as Asset Inventory and Classification - catalog of all the assets that require maintenance based on factors such as criticality, usage frequency, and potential impact on operations if they were to fail- ; Maintenance Planning -a comprehensive maintenance plan that outlines the maintenance tasks, schedules, resources, and responsibilities covering preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reactive maintenance-; Resource Allocation -assigning the necessary tools, equipment, materials, and personnel to each maintenance task according to the maintenance plan-; Spare Parts Management - an inventory of critical spare parts and components to minimize downtime during maintenance With a restocking strategy to ensure availability when needed; Execution and Documentation - documents the work performed, including any repairs made, parts replaced, and observations regarding asset condition.

Effective maintenance processes on our digital platforms are crucial for minimizing downtime, preventing costly breakdowns, and maximizing the lifespan of assets, all of which contribute to overall operational efficiency and cost savings.

As Nacsoft we offer end to end Asset Management on our sophisticated Digital Platforms QDMS (Quality Document Management System).

“API Integration”

API integration of digital platforms refers to the process of connecting and enabling communication between different software applications or platforms through the use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). APIs allow different systems to interact with each other, share data, and perform actions seamlessly. This integration is essential for creating a unified and efficient digital ecosystem, enabling businesses to leverage the strengths of multiple platforms. API integration can involve various complexity levels, depending on the platforms being connected and the scope of integration. Third-party integration platforms and middleware tools can also streamline the process by providing pre-built connectors and workflows for popular APIs.

As Nacsoft we can integrate all our digital platforms easily with corporate systems or 3rd party solutions.

“Low Code”

Low code refers to a software development approach that allows users to create applications with minimal coding or programming knowledge. It typically involves using visual interfaces, drag-and-drop components, and pre-built templates to build applications quickly and easily. Low code platforms provide a simplified development environment, enabling users to focus more on the application's functionality and less on writing complex code. This approach is often used to accelerate the development process, reduce costs, and empower non-technical users to create their own applications. With CSP Synergy low code platform, even business users can quickly design and develop business process models without writing extensive code.

“OCR”

OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition. It is a technology that enables the conversion of different types of documents, such as scanned paper documents, PDF files, or images captured by a digital camera, into editable and searchable data. OCR software analyzes the shapes and patterns of characters in the document and translates them into machine-readable text. This allows users to extract and manipulate the text content of documents, making it easier to search, edit, and store information digitally. OCR is commonly used in various industries, including finance, healthcare, legal, and administrative sectors, to automate data entry processes and improve document management efficiency. As Nacsoft, at the center of our the smart platforms we create solutions on such as CSP Synergy, eBA, Beam, QDMS and Ensemble has OCR technology for smart document management processes.

Content management system (CMS)

Content management system (CMS), is a software application like CSP (Content Services Platform) Synergy. It allows companies to create, manage and publish digital content across all online platforms. Using CSP, companies can easily create and edit content with a user-friendly interface; can store all their digital content and efficiently organize, search and retrieve content in one central location; can create templates and style guides that provide consistent branding and design across all digital pages (such as a website); can collaborate with team members to work together on content creation and approval processes before publishing. In summary, thanks to the Content Management System, companies can manage their digital content efficiently, improve their online presence and offer a perfect user experience to their target audiences.
